Hello,
I recently bought a Diablosport inTune i3 for my 2014 Charger R/T, but I’m having trouble installing the tune. After I select the tune, the device asks me to back up the stock tune. I select “Yes,” and it says “Log exported,” but then I immediately get a “Read failed” message.
I’ve checked the battery voltage and it’s reading 12.62V, and the ignition is in the RUN position with the engine off. I’ve tried it several times, but I keep getting the same error.
Has anyone else run into this issue with an inTune i3 on a 2014 Charger R/T? If so, were you able to figure out what was causing it or find a workaround?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Diablosport intune i3 “Read Failed”
this is likely related to the pcm having been previously tuned with something else that changed the bootloader and did not put it back to stock.
We can get the bootloader back the way it needs to be if you are willing to send the pcm in for us to do so, but unfortunately that's the only solution. Gives a call at 561-908-0040 to set that up or for more info.
