What Gear Oil weight is recommended on 4.10 on a V6 Mustang

Predator u7146, Ford Mustang V6 2002... I am going from the stock 3.25 gear ratio to 4.10 and need to know what weight/thickness gear oil is recommended? I know that 80w-90 is what it takes on a stock 3.25 gear and have heard that 75w-140 is a good weight to use when going to 4.10. Thanks in advance. P.S. - I will not be going to a traction lock differential so there is no need for any additives on this application.
