2002 mustang v6 -Need to force original backup

U7146, v.9r04, Ford, Mustang, V6 - I updated to v.9r05 without restoring the original tune first. Went to modify some stuff on my car and it restored the backup file to the car. Tried to install performance tune and it tries to read the file from the car and it gives me a code after 2 attempts to read the backup file -30. Went back to revision V.9r04 and attempted to restore original backup and it would not let me. I can not install performance tune or original backup. Help!!!

Reinstalled new revision (v.9r05) tried to install tune again. After attept to save Original Backup while tying to install performance tune it came up with "Unable to save Original Backup (-30). No matter what tune I try to install it comes up with the same thing. After trying to save original backup a few times it says: "Unable to install ..... might be a performace tune already installed. I looked on my tuner and checked the last tune installed and it reads "Original Backup". None of this makes any sense to me. Thanks in advance I know you guy do a good job.

Called Tech support and Mike helped me though everything!! Turns out I had to switch the verification off on the tuner so it could save the original backup. Thanks Mike. #1
