How to get Predator U7165 to work again?

I have a 05 Ford F-250. I had my Predator on there for ayear. Was working ok and then all of a suddenb the truck conked out on me while driving down the highway. The Dealership said it was due to the chip. They uninstalled the chip. When I got the truck back and tried to install the chip, it wouldn't let me.

I posted on here and you said I needed the receipt from the dealership to prove that they disconnected it. My question is what do I have to do now to get it working again? Do I need any special cables or hookups to download anything new? I loved it when it was on the truck. Is it any better now?

Well, lets clear one thing up first....if the truck dies just driving down the road, how in the world could the tune have caused the issue?
Oh yeah, it cant!!!

Now, your tuner is married to your old PCM calibration, so you need to get a copy of the work order from the dealer and fax it to us at 561-908-0048 and then call with the tool powered up so we can help you out.
