u7146 - RPMs hang in between shifts

u7146 - RPMs hang in between shifts. it is very frustrating! any ideas?
2000 stang GT, BBK CAI, Magnaflow cat-backs, stock manifold, o/r H pipe.

Did it happen before you installed the CAI?

nope.
I installed a AIC restrictor and that fixed it!!!!!
