Baud Rate????

I have a U7134 and under options it list 2 different baud rates
115K and 54K,,i think.

Why are there 2?
Which one should be used? and why?

115200, but you should never need to change it....autodetect should set it up for you.

It communicates much like an older external modem. Remember the old days with computers? 9800 baud modem? Then you had the 14.4k, 28.8k, 36.6k, 56k, etc. In this case, the baud simply refers to the transfer speed. 115200 is 115,200bps, which is faster than 56,000bps. I'm guessing there are two speeds in the event you are using an older serial port/controller/motherboard that isn't compatible with 115200 baud speeds, in which case, it'd default to the lesser.
