Can GM tell if the pcm has been change after using diablo tuning or anyones tuning AFTER returning it back to stock?

I heard for 2008-up GM did some kind of counter that shows them how many times the PCM has been flashed?

Yes/No?

Diablo tuned, no.
Cant speak for anyone else.....

There is a counter in there, and they can see the last 12 reflashes....Predator does not appear on the list no matter how many times you flash it. Pretty slick.....

Awesome, thanks. I've got a friend who has an 08 Vmax and wants the diablo but is afraid to screw up his warranty.

Is this true for the older Predator Duramax diesel tuners as well? I have a U7185. I have to bring my truck in and I don't want them to see that it was tuned...will they be able to?
