Vehicle is equiped with new air intake and 5" monster exhaust.
1) Diablosport 60 hp economy tune has reduced fuel economy by 2 miles per gallon. Am pleased with the additional horsepower and torque but do not understand reduction of 17 mpg to 15mpg.
2) Engine is now burning oil which has never been a problem before. Have blue smoke coming out of exhaust.
Any ideas?

The truck should not be losing mileage Are you monitoring this through the Onboard information center in the truck?
If so, these measurements are often innacurate after installing a performance tune.
Try measuring the actual mileage based on miles traveled on the odometer versus actual fuel consumed in the tank.
As for the smoking, generally this would be a sign of a mechanical condition, most likely the seals in the turbo.
Thanks

This is an XLT model and does not have an onboard info center. MPG is calculated through odometer. I have now re-installed original factory tune and will recheck consumption.
Have never once had to add oil between regular oil changes. Have now added oil once weekly since installed predator tune. Will see if change back to factory tune makes any difference.
I am no expert when it comes to the mechanics of a turbocharger. Can cold outside air temperature (6 degrees F to 35 degrees F) impact Predators performace? increase blue smoke? increase turbo spin? increase in exhaust venting?

Ammendum to post earlier this am.
Had the truck on the road for 5 hours today. Am now experiencing vibration that can be felt all over the front end of the truck--extends to brake, cluth and gas pedals, also floorboard. I have a bad feeling. I live on top of a mountain in southwest Virgina. Air here has been dry and cold. I am beginning to suspect a fractured turbine wheel blade. Perhaps the higher spin caused by the thinner dry air in combination with the Predator modification has destroyed my turbocharger.

I would suggest removing the tune and getting this truck into the dealer for service.
Thanks
