Laptop to predator 03 cobra.

Predator says I need to contact dealer because I used the tuner on my first 03 cobra totalled it and bought another 03 cobra but it wont work although I set it back to the original backup. I guess it is VIN locked to the other cobra. But I got the predator for christmas of 05 so I have no reciept and I don't know who my aunt bought it from and neither does she.

From the options menu go to 'show last tune written'.
This should read 'original backup'.
If it reads anything other than that, the backup was not restored properly.
You are not out of luck though, if you can provide proof of the prior Cobra being totaled, we can reset the Predator for you.
