I bought my lightning a couple months ago and I found a brand new delta chip in the glove box. I also found that the Mafia was already hooked up to the truck. Can both be used at the same time? Which would give me more power?

No, the MafIa requires custom tuning to be used on any vehicle.

That would require a black revolution chip or a Predator tuner.
