2002 crown victoria - won't start.

I have a Diablo chip that i got from a buddy of mine, the only number i can find on it is NKL4DHSS. He used it in his 2001 ford crown vic, I put it in my 2002 crown and now mine will not start with it in there. I have cleaned the computer connector, idk if it might just be that. I would just like to know if anyone has run into this problem before. It also says on the chip, ford Diablochip 5/00 KK Idk if they may help?

I would have to say that your computer calibration is different from his causing it not to start... the chips are matched to the computer calibrations. It will have to be reprogrammed.
