Predator Problem

I've used the same tool on my car since I bought it new a couple years ago. I was installing a new tune on my car when it displayed a message saying that the backup file didn't match the car, then that it wasn't licensed to my car. I've used this tool on my car many times before, and I even had just retuned my car a month ago, and now it says this when I was installing a new tune. One different thing I had done was clear the KAM when I was clearing default codes. Can someone please shed some light on what might be the problem. Thanks.
