new to predator- how do i get the rkl stacker on u7131

it shows there is a rkl stacker tune on there but, when you go to install it, it says tune did not install. is this available for the u7131?

it has the newest update, how do i find the calibration id? im gonna have it on the dyno this sat and want to get rkl on here.
