"This tune not licensed for this vehicle"

I have the predator U7170 that was purchased in 2004 and I've never added revisions. When I try to install a tune now, I can't and get a notice on the screen that "this tune is not licensed for this vehicle".

I'm thinking there's a revision out there that I haven't added. Is this the case?
