I am trying to load v.9r14 for a 09 Challenger. This is a 7135 currently on v.9r12. I upgraded to v.9r12 with no problems. I am on Downloader 2.1.0.7. It fails after multiple attempts.

The Downloader completed the download. Msg is "Programmer download was successful."

The message is on the Predator is:

CROM v7135-v.9r14.
Incompatible hardware
(No serial flash found).
Contact tech support


What next?

If this is for an 09 Challenger I will email you a crom that will work on that older tool...

i have just updated my u7135 to 9r14 and i get the same error. my current tune is 8r18 but i was told i should bring it up to the latest. i have a 2006 charger. please help
