Car won't start

i have 7198 2000 ta i resset perimeters now car wont start gauges sweep back and forth ihere ticking in front seems like anti theft please help

Gauges sweeping?
As an F-body owner myself ZI can tell you that you have a weak battery and it needs to be replaced, this may have caused the issue with the tune as low voltage situations and flashing the PCM do not work well together.
