custom tune

Im haveing problem geting the custom tune . my num is 2032523am and when they down load their num is not the same they end with 31 and the predator says it willn't work . what can i do

Make sure therer is a tune in the truck before you load the custom tune to the Predator.

thats cool ill try after i get them in pedator were are they how do find them
