still waiting for a response from rma dept

i sent my programmer back to you guys in jan. i have called,emailed, left messages and no one has responded back to me. when i call your company i get the run around. i would like to know whats going on with my programmer. i have been trying to deal with this since christmas. could you please have someone let me know whats going on.

It went to the main facility for repairs, got back today and is shipping today.
