Just to warn others out there U7194 Might not work on your 08 trucks due to GM Locking up your PCM. According to Support they are working on it but the problem is not listed on the website when you browse for your application. So please be aware. They are working hard to fix the problem.

Yes I just keep watching the dollar value market, the price of mine is like a yo-yo (Canadian dollar) , but it is still a blue brick at any price.

What ever you do not let the stealership up date your truck. They are locking them up on purpose.

Who cares....like I just posted, we can get around it now.
Also, they are not locking htem on purpose, believe me.
Considering the fact that they cant even reflash these locked PCMs, it would not make any sense for them to keep locking them with out a way back in...

Gump, your truck will now work with the update we have, get a hold of Mike L and he will send it to you.
Also the locking issue affects E38 and E67 pcm's, it is not done on purpose.
If it was one would think that the factory Tech2 would work on the vehicle afterwards.

I have a very good friend of mine who is a the head vette tech at stealership. I asked him to change my line pressure to make it shit better, so that it does not fell like a Cadillac when it shifts. I bought a truck not a car. LOL
