i got a diablosport, 3 inch side exit and hks ssqv and a fm wastegate actuator, if i hold like 17-18 psi for more than 5 seconds like in 4th or 5th gear it pulls strong then when i let off and get on it again i only get 12 psi until i hit 4000rpm then it will go up to 15 psi, if i turn my key off and restart the car it's fine until i hold boost for more than a few seconds, forward motion thinks it's my waste gate duty cycle, anything i can try to fix this. oh yea car is a 2005

are you running the included 93 perf tune?? Then yes, the WGDC% will be off. They are scaled for the stock WGA and not the stiffer FM WGA..

i'm going to check for boost leaks in the morning, yes i am using 93 octane, could i just have shit gas and it's knocking and pulling boost? 2nd and 3rd gear are right at 17 psi but 4th and 5th almost hit 20psi

is it knocking??

there could be a multitude of things going on. I would have to see a datalog. As for the boost levels that doesn't sound bad.

what parameters do i watch for knock tot knock ret? tell me what parameters to datalog and i'll send them to you

ok i ran it again tonight and it didn't do it, but i still datalogged, this was the first time in 2 weeks it didn't do it, it was also the only time that was late at night, maybe temp has something to do with it, let me know what you think about the data log, thanks

Yeah you definitely got a problem alright. It's not the programmer though. Post you last tune wirtten.

i'm not sure why the tune says custom, all thats modified is when the fans come on because i got a 180 thermostat

is it something i can fix by changing the parameters?

It may need to have the WGDC tables set for the FM WGA.. Give him some time, im sure he will get back to ya!

it's not boosting too high i even turned the boost down to 15 psi with the wastegate and still did it.
