MAFia for 2003 f150

i have the u7153 predator for my 2003 ford f150 with Brute force CAI, would the MAFia do anything for my truck? what MAF do people change the f150 to for more performance? does the MAFia let me adjust the stock MAF?
how does the MAFia work?

Unless your truck is forced induction and pegging the 5 volt limit of the MAF, there is no need for a MAFia.
