I have a 7137 DSP programmer for my 05 Dodge Ram and I keep getting this code TCM battery disconnected, I don't remember the code # but is there any way to get this rectified? I'll post the code # if it happens again.

..funny thing is...I get the same code...when I attach my superchips and read, it doesnt's see it...

I get the same thing on my dsp.Dsp say's this is a flag not a code.This is because you have disconnected the battery at some time.This in the ecm for dealer referance.

..yea, I'm not too worried about it, I ignore it...

Hey guys I am having the same issue as described above. The code is P1684 - Battery was disconnected. I am also ignoring it as it doesn't seem to have any effect or mean much but it is annoying that the truck is producing that error code.

Would be great if DS would fix it or explain what is happening.

So could we get an idea of what to do since we now have the code??

i think when u put the tune in ur truck or modify it has to d/c the battery to reset the pcm??? idk jus sayin..

I got the same flag.

I have a new one that came on yesterday after I installed my Dynatech long tubes, im getting a low efficentcy on bank 2 for the system catalyst! Check engine light came on, cleared the code, and dropped back to a 91 tune and played with the fuel trims and some spark and havent seen it back yet so we will see! Just weird I thought!

Any word yet????
