power loss engine light on??

i have an 04 gmc 2500 6.6 lb7,49539miles,using the u7180 predator sport, it has a fabtech 6in lift with 325x60x20's,magnaflow 4in exh,k&n airfilter,i was running the 85hp tune and it seemed to be running good accept the trans wasnt quite shifting right under moderate to hard accleration,so i wanted to try the 125hp tune just to check it out,i got on the freeway got up to 60-65 mph stepped on the throttle, it started to go good then loss of power & eng light came on. checked gauges oil psi good,eng temp under 200,trans temp was on middle mark between 100 & 200. i pulled over took the hp tunes out put stock tune back,checked the DTC'S p0700 tcm malfunction,last test failed, this ign not ran, since cc failed history. also p0112 intake air temp circuit,low input,someone told me that the p0112 could be from the oil on the k&n messing with the mass air flow sensor? true or not i dont know. also i havent adjusted for tire size yet,should i ? are my tires to big? how much can i adjust for before setting another dash light?(ABS) light.so i was 5 miles from home. so i drove it on the stock tune and it seemed normal,but the eng light is still on and i cant clear it, and will it be ok to drive untill i get the light off?? thanks for your time any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks Vern.

Unless you reoiled the K&N and put too much on, the oil won't pitch on to the MAF out of the box. I've used K&Ns for 20+ years on Trans Ams--and now on my C6 Vette, never a problem. Good luck!

well i was driving the truck today and the light went out on it's own. from what i understand the trans went into limp mode and after awhile if the problem goes away by the next time the test is done it will shut the light off. as far as the other code i guess that one comes up when the engine is not running. so i guess every thing is ok now. so i went back and adjusted for tire size and set paramerters and reloaded the 85hp tune and so far it seems to be working fine.
