2005 300c-won't accept tranny firmness

2005 chrysler 300c

When I try to up my tranny shift firmness it says "fail to change firmness". Any ideas what's going on? thanks

SOunds like an early 05 issue....need to get the TCM updated at the dealer.

Does it let you change shift points?

I have the same issue I cant change shift points or firmness. I'm running 9r12 if it matters! Any Idea how much something like this costs?
