I am switching from stock 18" to 22" rims with 265/35r22 tires all around, looking for some advices on what to do with the tire adjustment option?

What are the benefits adjusting the tire size and what happens if I don't do anything?

You are doing this so the speedo is correct.
Simply enter the new tire size and you are all set.
