Original back up

Happy to see we have an update but why do the 2 U7164 I have in stock can't be updated? The downloader tells me they contain an original back up but I got these from you guys 2 weeks ago. They have never been sold or installed on a vehicle.

Need the same fix, except mine is not new. The original back-up wrote to the tool, but errors out while trying to write back. So, I am stuck in the middle with a tool I can't program or clear! Need assistance...Thanks, John

Problem fixed. Don't ask me how but now it will accept the 9r09 update.
