1999 mustang gt predator u7146

i got this module from a buddy and hooked it to my obd2 and try to install it and it told me it wasent licensed to my vehichle. what is the promblem?

Your buddy needs to backup to factory tune then the predator will be ready to use. Only one car at a time.
