U7135 - No USB comm and need update ! SOLVE (voltage issue)

I'me from France !
Bought a U7135 Predator that show V.9r16
serial d006282 hardware UNIV_REV2

I'll try to tune my 2005 Chrysler 300C V8 AWD but just after disclaimer , the Predator Unit let me know , it need a Cal Id Update on DIabloSport website.

Problems are : The latest Update is already 9r16 I think.
THe Predator isn't detected on XP/Vista with Prolific cable. Boot fine but that's all. no detection on all commPort and serial baud.....

What should I do ? To read and tune my car.

The car needs an update, not the tool.

You need to get the Predator detected first, which should be as easy as installing drivers.

Predator isn't detected with XP/Vista ... I'll buy a serial/Serial cable to see if better than USB/serial.

Th car is 3.61 version. seams to be the last one the 05 AWD could have. (dealer's talk)

no driver : no cables problem : USB/serial not working ?

no ! that's just a voltage issue !
Yes 3 computers (1 desktop 2 laptop) probably deliver less than USB/serial adapter need.
I've plugged my adapter in USB HUB with external power cord and DSDownloader found predator in seconds.

So thank to all participed in topic ! all done !

CalID done and new menu appears.
Just have to see where is EGR menu for shut it off and play with other functions.
