Got a customer trying to install a U7137 rev 9r02 on a 2006 5.7L Hemi Dodge Ram 1500 Mega cab. Tools said NEED UPDATE. CAL ID is 56029218AF. How soon can I expect to have it?

Did it say tool needs update or vehicle needs update?
Most likely vehicle, as there are no unsupported HEMI Ram cals that I am aware of currently, plus it would have said unsupported if that was the case.

Please recheck the message on the tool.

I am Wanger from Venezuela, i have a problem to install this predator U7137, the tool says: "predator U7137 does not support calid: 05094519AH, tool update might be available"

i have 6 tools U7137 without being able to sell some.

I must inform to him that the truck that we have here is the Mexican version 5.7 Hemi Truck.

We currently do not support the Mexican truck platform due to availability(or the lack thereof) of the files for them.

I am in Venezuela too. I have a lot of 7137 for same truck Dodge 2500 made in Mexico. I also cannot sell to anybody. What kind of support can we get to fix this problem with the predator?

Well it is a little complicated as we need the actual pcm files for them and the files are not available from our usual sources.

i´m having the same issue, mexican 2006 ram and can´t do anything with my u7137 what can I do? return it to the DP dealer where I got it for a refund? wait for the mexican trucks support?

We do nto have an eta on support for the export trucks.

so what can I do? My U7137 is useless, you should warn on the page about it so future foreign buyers can be aware of this

At this point, not much, unless you want to send us your pcm so we can read out the flash and add it as a supported calibration.
