I can not believe anyone would stay in a pull that long, only to watch the A/F continue to climb like that.
Unbelievable.

You need to find a CMR tuner and get that thing dialed in, badly.

I would advise that you do NOT go WOT until you have it tuned properly, and maybe find a new shop to dyno at, these guys are going to hurt something.

That almost looks like the wideband wasnt hooked up properly.
You are making too good of power for the such a lean a/f, especially torque, if you where that lean you would not make those torque numbers, unless you have some head and cam work but that is still good numbers for the a/f being that lean.
Log st knock and see what it does, if it indeed is that lean you would have tons of st knock.
