Does this chip support a C3P1 ECM?

I've been getting different imput about this chip, so I hope someone can set me straight about it once and for all.

I've had four different people tell me this chip is not compatable with my 1993 Ford F-150 Lightning with the C3P1 ECM. Is this true?

I have a 351, stroked to 408 with Edelbrock heads, 70MM throttle body, MSD ignition, underdrive pulleys and a Crane Thumper cam with roller rockers. I still have speed density and do not want to change that.

So, is this chip compatable, or do I need to get another computer, wiring, change to a MAF, a computer to still use the E4OD transmission, etc., etc...
Ford and this Lightning are REALLY beginning to irritate me!

Our software generally only supports Mass Air calibrations, so a switch to Mass Air may be a good idea.
