Turning electrical fans on in ECM

I was talking Allen @ Nelson Performance and they sell an electrical fan wire harness that plugs into you ECM. So wanted know if you guys could send me a tune to activated Pin 42 on the red connector for temp control on the electrical fans? If I have my ECM flush by Allen to turn the fan controller on will Predator u7198 still work? I know they use hptune to do all tuning.
