2007 LBZ poor performance

I have an early 2007 LBZ Duramax that has had poor performance since it has been new. I have programmed it with the U7186 and the R06 program and it is bearable.

I have taken into the dealer with no results. Is there a place to find the issues with the Duramax and the calibration changes listed out?

Describe the poor performance cause a lot of Duramax owners would say that year model (LBZ Engine) is the best of all the years.
