No response for RMA request

I filled out a RMA request form 3 weeks ago and I have not been contacted yet. I have a predator for my 1999 Pontiac Trans Am that doesn't work anymore. When i plug it in, only a blank green screen is shown. I've adjusted the screw in the back, but still nothing. Part number is 7196.
