Installed Tune and now car won't start

The other day I was putting this tune back on after having the factory tune on for a while. I decided that the tune that came with this was better, so I went to put it back on. The tune went on fine and everything seemed to work....Until this morning. I tried to turn my car on and when the key got to the point where it usually fires right up, it just clicked. Please help! It's not the battery...Granted, I got a new one cause it still had the original and the cranking was low. The tuner won't recognize the car now and all electronics work so it's not a fuse, unless the ECU has a seperate fuse but I'm pretty sure it's the same as some other things. The car does nothing mechanically. It doesn't even try to start it's just that you turn the key and nothing happens. It'd never hesitated to start before, not even in -40 weather. If the car was running fine and this just happened out of the blue, it has nothing to do with the tune.
