Reprogramming a Diablo Delta Chip

I currently have a Diablo Delta chip in my 98 Ford ZX2 and I have been very happy with it. But I am putting a turbo on my car and would like to get the chip re-flashed. The dealer I got it from tells me he no longer has the equipment to re-flash the chip. Is there another way for me to get a new program on the chip or will I need to go to a different product?
Some of the things I have done;
It is a 2.0 liter ZETEC with a Garrett T3 turbo, 42 LB injectors with a matching MAF, ported and polished head, headers, and a high flow CAT. With all the engine internals needed for 400+ HP (not that I will make that much power)
