Quick Access menu?

I have updated the Predator and I have a 93 oct tune on an 06 RT charger.

I want to change the rpm revs and disable the automatic shift points when manually shifting. I heard you can do this through the quick access menu. How do I get into the quick access menu?

It is Quick Adjust, you can get the shift points and autostick options in there but not rev limiter.
