Just did the update to the 9r03 and noticed a new category of something to do with 1-2 and 2-3 gears and percentage points....can someone educate me on exactly what this is, does and the best options for my 08 Ram.

Those are part throttle shift points adjustments.

not to be a wiseass but i understand that.....what do they do...I dont have a clue what they are beside the fact that the tranny is goin from one gear to the other, whats the point of this setting...what are the best settings??

You can adjust the shift points based on your throttle position so you can make it upshift or downshift sooner or later based on your throttle position.

well lets say if i were 2 have a very heavy foot what settings do you recommend??

Your mpg might take a hit, but here's what works for my heavy feet-
1st-2nd
15% 1800
25% 2200
33% 2800
40% 3000
60% 5000

2nd-3rd
10% 1800
20% 2200
30% 2800
40% 3000
60% 5000

Has any body watched there rpm gauge on the upshift's.At a steady gas pedal (light throttle) i count 5rpm changes(or shift's).Does anyone else see this also.

One of those must be tc locking/unlocking. You only have 5 "gears" so you can't have 5 changes.

You may be right but it never did this before.We do have a 6th gear it's called 2nd prime.This gear should be for downshift's only (passing gear).Pay attention to your shift's at lite throttle going through the gear's .Watch your rpm gauge and count how many time's the rpm's drop on shift's.Also mine dose'nt go into 5th until i let off the throttle.Try it and post what you find.I'm not complaining or worried i like the way it hold's gear longer and not going into 5th at low mph.Just want to understand what is going on.Johan you have any feedback on this?

predator gets rid of second prime must be the tc locking like diablofan said.

Predator does not get rid of 2nd prime, unless you lock it out with custom tuning, which is not advisable...

wait your right i was thinking superchips but i still think its the tc locking up
