Predator won't work this car needs an upgrade cal id message

I have just bought 2 new predators from the USA.
I want to use one on my 2006 300C 5.7 hemi & one on my 2007 Jeep GC SRT8.

The tools serial numbers are 242472 & 242395 both are version 9R 17

Neither tool will work on either car This car needs an upgrade cal id message on both cars.

300C cal id is 04896600AH
GC cal id is 05030308AD

Also I can't get the DS downloader to install on my PC, its crashing.

I am in Northern Ireland, noone knows much about this kit here

The message is asking you to update the calibrations on the vehicles PCMs.

Once you get the DSDownloader running, you'll be able to load the appropriate updates to the tool and flash them to the car.

Thanks, I installed the downloader on another PC with no problems. I have now performed the required upgrades. The 300c is now upgraded
