Vehicle not in database?

I just got a u7130 for my 03 dodge and when i go to download the tunes it tells me that my vehicle is not in the database. What does this mean, and what do i need to do to fix this and load the tunes?

i also have the same problem. i had my truck in the shop they reflashed my computer and now when i go to install the predator it say vehicle is not in database my cal.id is 35325833ah can we get some help

Should just need to update the Predator, what revisions are they on?

thanks that worked, but now it says there are no parameters to motify with this truck . what happened to tire size and speed limiter?

Hmm, they should be all in there like before. Try restoring the backup and retune it again and see if they are there.

I also have come across this problem. My Cal ID being the same as dunejunkie. My problem is how do I update my Predator when all I have is a MAC? Is there somewhere I can go to get this done? Is there a program that is MAC compatable? What are my options since I just bought it and now I can't use it?

There are some guys here that have used the Windows simulation app on their mac and gotten the DSdownloader application to work on their mac's, not sure how to do it but it has been done, that i know.
