Stock fan settings for a 2005 Mustang GT?

I just recently bought a Predator U7140 tuner and am trying to get the fan settings right.. the fan stays on all the time and never shuts down. I did a search and all I found is I can set it to "whatever' I want. I'm not really comfortable messing around with these settings so I was wondering what exactly the setting are.. I have a 2005 Mustang GT, automatic and C&L street intake, I'm looking for the on and off temps for the low speed and high speed settings that the stock program has. Thanks!

What revision is on the Predator?

It's 9r03. I also have another inquiry, when starting the car cold it revs up to around 1000-1200rpm for about 3 seconds then drops to about 650-700.. there seems to be no warm up with the tune installed. With the stock program back in, it starts normally. Is there an adjustment for this?
