2009 SRT8 Challenger COTS?

Heads/Cam Kooks Headers Auto 2009 Challenger, on the dyno (Mustang Dyno) the command AFR goes pig rich at about 6000rpm, and the actual AFR follows. I'm thinking this might be a Cat Over Tempature thing. How do you turn it off? The car also hit a limitor at 6200rpm. The Speed limitor is set to 6800rpm, and the Speed limitor is 200mph. I am including the data log where you can see the command AFR drop like a rock, and the tune file. I have the full CMR software so I can edit what ever is needed to, just need to know where to go to do it.
