what voids warranty?

I know the dealership has to "prove" that an aftermarket product caused a problem to void a warranty, but what products raise a red flag for them? Ive read a post from a GM tech that after you load the stock tune back on for the diablo its hard to find proof that it was ever changed so thats not a concern. But what about exhaust, CAI, corvette servo, bigger tires.

I can see already that my valve covers have oil on them and i have black smoke coming out my exhaust on cold starts. obviously i have a heavy foot haha but im afraid to take it in with all my aftermarket parts on it.

Dont worry about the exhaust or CAI,servo might cause problems but they would have to catch
