Torque Management for 2006 Z06?

I called Diablo and found out you guys aren't changing the TM with the Predator because you haven't broken the codes, at least I think that's what was conveyed.

If that be the case, are you working on it? A few months ago I read that a company out in California had broke the TM codes and it made a gigantic difference in power. Synergy Motorsports stated (I believe in Corvette Magazine) that eliminating the TM and adjusting the fuel mixture alone gained almost 30HP in the Z06 they tested. Then they added a cam and intake and only gained another 18HP. Perhaps Diablo could contact this CA company and find a way to share the secret TM codes? If you do attain them, will you add it to the Predator's tune? I sure hope so? (( ;

We are working on adding TCM support to all of our new GM tools. When we have finished testing on this, we will make a new revision update available for download that will add in the ability to eliminate all of the TM.
If you do some datalogging, I think you will find that the TM is not getting in the way using the Predator tune.

The TM in the Z-06 and any manual trans vehicle is eliminated with the current Predator. The manual trans vehicles do not a separate controller for the transmission (TCM) and thus the TM is controlled via the PCM which we do modify. We do not modify the TCM at the moment but it controls TM in a automatic transmission equipped vehicle.
We picked up 25 rwhp and about 20ft/lbs of torque on the new Z-06 by altering the air fuel and TM, it did not like any additional timing at all, so timing remained unchanged from the stock calibration.
