Vehicle needs update DSD Does not show new Cal ID

I just bought my predator (u7135) and I have been frustrated as hell trying to get this thing to work for the past 5 hours. I plugged it into the car and it said the vehicle needs an update. I plug it into the DSD and no where does it show the option to upload a newer Cal id. FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!
