How much power does Mafia provides to a V6 engine. Does it make a good difference on cars with horsepower range of 150-200hp. If a car has a cold air intake does mafia add in power that air intake provides?

The Mafia is not a power adding device, it is used to attenuate the voltage at the MAF for use with forced induction.
