i have a srt-4 2004 stage 2 wg agp

I am not able of making vary my boost, he always stays has 15 lbs. I put everything my vaccuums as of origin and my wg agp has zero preload.

Sorry, I'm having a little bit of a hard time understanding what you're saying...

So, basically you are not able to adjust your boost level with the Predator?

I'm going to look at your log right now...

So, basically you are not able to adjust your boost level with the Predator?

I checked your log but unfortunately it isn't of much use. When you log that much data the refresh rate is very slow. In addition, the Predator memory was used up so quickly that it only logged like three or four frames.

Try logging just MAP, wastegate duty cycle, airflow, barometer, total knock retard, pressure ratio, actual spark on cylinder 1, injector pulsewidth and throttle position. If you can get a couple logs with this data only it would be helpful.

Chances are that you're unable to control boost because of the heavy duty spring used in the AGP wastegate actuator. Even under very low preload the spring rate is just too high. A custom tune is really the only way to correct this effectively. If you're interested in getting a custom tune then please contact your local DiabloSport dealer with Dodge CMR software and see if they can help you out. You're also welcome to shoot me a PM if you'd like more info on getting an email tune!

Darn, I don't have the actual names with me at the moment... I'll find them for you later tonight when I get home from work.

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with the AGP wastegate, the spring is just too tight for the factory calibration (factory tune) to be able to control it. Unless you use the factory wastegate actuator (which obviously isn't that great) or have a custom tune made you're probably going to have problems controlling boost. You could try the stage 2 actuator but I can't guarantee that will be any better...

i try the stock wg and not able to adjust my boost level with the Predator it stay at 5psi.

is it possible that the solenoid is not working well?
