I have never got a response, ive called and was advised to email [email protected] I resent a email this morning, the programmer was sent the first week of april.

This is starting to scare me a little. I sent mine in almost three weeks ago! Why is it taking so long for people to get a response on their RMA status. IF you have any information my RMA# is # 9066. ( This is the first time I have posted anything about the status.)

Got a call from Diablo this morning, programmer is being shipped! Took almost two months which is fine but the hotline, email and costumer service really sucks. Hope that programmer doesn’t need to be returned if so I’m replacing with another company.

I HOPE WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND RESPONSE TIME PUSHES DS TO WORK ON DOING A BETTER JOB BEFORE THEY LOSE ALOT OF BUSINESS. I ALSO HAVE HAD NO LUCK WITH THE EMAIL RESPONSE FROM RMA AND I LIVE IN THE SAME STATE AS DS. I HOPE MY RMA#9570 DOESNT TAKE FOREVER TO RETURN AND HOPE THAT IT COMES COMPLETELY UPGRADED AND UNLOCKED AND READY TO GO.

This is sooooo crazy to me.these people are not taking care of business.,I'm sooooo disappointed and I still have gotten my PCM back,what's does it take ???? !!!
