hey guys I have a 08 Challenger 6.1 am going to be putting on headers, hi-flow cats, cat back and a cold air intake. Is there a program in the Predator that will work with this combo or do I need a tune made???

A regular 93 CAI tune with extra fuel added will work. It won't be ideal, but it'll work.

I apologize for my ignorance ahead of time but why do you say it wouldn't be ideal but it will will work. What is it about it that isn't ideal?

It's the headers. The canned tunes are for bone stock or CAI/cat back (lightly modified). They are not for significantly modified cars. Headers kind of fall inbetween and maybe more towards the significantly modified.

Wow, ok. So I guess I should forget about my idea of adding JBA headers onto my R/T Charger in that it might not work that well?

JBA shorties?
If so, you can add a bit of fuel (generally 5% works for shorties) as they wont be as drastic a change as the longtubes, but....for best performance all around, long tubes and a custom tune are the ticket.

Just so you know, I took the stock cats off of my 09 SRT8 Challenger, and it looks as if there are short headers already on the car. I have a picture that I will try to post, but it has four pipes going into a collector.

LOL...gawd I am taking this post over from the guy who wrote it...sorry bro. In regard to what you just wrote. What are you referring to when you mentioned 'adding a bit of fuel, eg. 5%'. I don't know what you mean. A few months ago I had two magnaflo 'mufflers?' installed in the middle where the pre-existing factor mufflers were. The factory 'resonators?' are still at the back. So what are you referring to as the long tubes, and how do I get a custom tune?
Thanks!
PS. I have a post on here asking a question no one has answered yet. If you want to swith over to that one to reply, that's cool. Don't want to take this post over with my ignorance.
