Well our release of the Trinity has slowed development progress down and right now we are not sure when we will begin on the 03-04 tcm support.
Not the answer you wanted but it is the truth.

Likewise, thanks for the honest answer. However, I hate to do this, but I am going to have to start tell those interested in 03/04 programmers to go somewhere else. I am sorry, but you have an incomplete product that we were told would be finished soon. Personally, I think you have a great product, but I cannot support you and tell others to when I am not supported. Hope you understand.

jees Mike, tell them to work HARDER. and if they're already working 24/7 then tell them they need to work SMARTER. (did you miss the management orientation class?). If that doesn't work give them all a bonus. You can raise the price of the product, then tell sales they have to discount it and the sales guys will end up paying for the bonus you gave the engineers.

(something for nothing and the chicks are free)

johan u and mikel mentioned over and over again that u guys r working on it and now u r saying" we are not sure when we will begin on the 03-04 tcm support. " this is unfair and show poor customer service espically for most of us that waited through all the relase bs and now to be told another lie us 03 guys really need u to make theis happen ASAP we have been more than patient and u guys need to make this happen now!!!

Its not to say we have not looked at it, or that we dont know what needs to be done to get it supported, keep in mind we did spend months developing the HEMI Ram tool, and we have a very good understanding of how it all works, its just a matter of time now to finish the job.

Do you have an estimate of how much time will be needed to finish the job?

You know, you guys bitch too much. Both the GM and Hemi guys have been waiting for TCM support for several YEARS. Now they release a tuner for the Ram and you guys expect stuff done for you right now? Get in line and wait like the rest of us.

No you never hid the fact that some things could not be supported for the 03-04s.
But you are not even close to supporting the things you said you would support.,
Do we need to bring up all the talk on the truck websites.
You promised us so much, and right now we have nothing.
Right now this tuner can not even support a cam.
Would you accept a return on my predator???
